ORGAN DONOR BALLOON RELEASE

The Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency, Anderson Regional Medical Center and Rush Foundation Hospital at Dumont Plaza to celebrate the gift of organ, eye and tissue donation during National Donate Life Month.

This special ceremony will pay tribute to those organ donors who gave selflessly of themselves to save and heal lives, their families and the recipients who received the Gift of Life. There will also be a balloon release after the ceremony.

Organ recipients from the community will be speaking as well as the family of Allie Carruth who died a month ago and how the gift of her organs saved two lives.
