MAP testing at Carver Middle School.
George Washington Carver Middle School students arrived this morning to cheers from faculty, staff and the student body. Today marks the beginning of MAP testing. MAP, or the Measure of Academic Progress, is a computerized adaptive test which helps teachers, parents, and administrators improve learning for all students and make informed decisions to promote a child's academic growth. The testing will be conducted in middle schools across the area from May 2 through the 12.
