Love Out Loud offers Free Haircuts at Feed by Faith.

Love out Loud (LOL) was offering free haircuts today, at Feed by Faith, in Meridian.

“These people, a lot of them, have never even had their hair shampooed before. Or even had a haircut. SO, I think it’s good for us to come out here and share the love of Jesus and just show them that we do care about them. And giving haircuts is just one way to show them the love of Jesus, " says Hollie Barber, leader of Caring Cuts.

Feed by Faith is where people can come to get a hot, fresh, wonderful meal. So, Love out Loud and Caring Cuts partnered with them, to help community members look great.

Jamie Amsworth, LOL committee member said, " And so, whey there here, they can get free haircuts. And so, really, we just want to love on people. We just want to love on them and share the love of the Lord with them.”

The Caring Cuts Cosmetologist's, offered free shampoo’s, haircuts and manicures for anyone in the community, and everyone was invited.

“Feed by Faith brings in about 250 people a day. She feeds 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and it brings in about 250 each time. So we wanted to set up in an area where we knew people would be coming but they wouldn’t need transportation to get here, and that way we could max benefit with the haircuts and the nails.”
