Hope Mission of Mississippi opens in Newton

Hope Missions of Mississippi has a vision, which is giving hope, help and healing to the hurting. The mission recently opened a chapel with a thrift store and cafe in Newton.

The store is located just off of Church Street. There you will find "agape love" spread throughout the store.

Byron Artis, Hope Missions of Mississippi President says "Hope Missions is about saving lives and restoring community. And our thrift store gives us the money we need to support our safe houses for women and children,

The store often receives community donations, which help the mission financially.

Hope Missions takes in those who struggle with domestic abuse, illness or financial instability. Each purchase from the store helps fund drug and alcohol, mentoring and youth programs as well.
