The community is still in shock after Mississippi 10th court judge Justin Cobb died while jogging this past Saturday on his birthday.
Today members of the legal community are missing their colleague including local attorney Leigh Ann Key who spared a moment to talk about the late Judge Cobb.
"Justin was kind, he was compassionate, he was friendly. Always nice, always polite. He was a real man of intergrity. He had really high character and he was just a really great guy," Key said.
Cobb's death was confirmed by Lauderdale county coroner Clayton Cobler who said Cobb was pronounced dead around 11 am.
Funeral services for Cobb will be held tomorrow at First Baptist Church. A visitation will take place at 9 a.m. and the funeral will immediately follow.
Judge Cobb was 43.
