LEMA: Be prepared in case of bad weather
With possible tropical storm weather coming this weekend, the Lauderdale Emergency Management Agency is urging residents to be prepared by having a plan in place. They advise having necessities on hand like batteries, canned foods, bottled water, and cash. They add that you have first aid supplies, your medications, and any equipment you think you might need. Officials say they’ll be keeping a close watch on Tropical Storm Nate and will be prepared to act if emergency response is needed.
