Oktoberfest at Meridian Little Theater

The third annual Ocktoberfest is taking place at Meridian Little Theater.

“It’s going to be tomorrow night at meridian little theater. It kicks off at 6:30," says Scott Stevens, MLT Board President

Patrons will have the opportunity to sample beers, food and listen to live music.

“Lots of great auction items, for a silent auction. Great craft beers from around the area paired up with some of the most fantastic food from some of our area restaurants. And of course live music from Akelah Hudnall and Akelah and the Beats.”

After two years of success, the Oktoberfest Committee plans to continue the annual event.

“The first year that we did it was a huge success. A great fundraiser. All the proceeds go to benefit the Meridian Little Theater. Helping us put on our shows, kid’s programs. And we are currently starting our 85th season. So, this helps us out with our productions for the remainder of the year.”
