New Gym Opens in Meridian

“I feel like the way we lay the gyms out, and what we design, we have something for everyone," Paul Kirkley, the owner of Fitness Depot which is a new gym that’s opened up, in the Bonita Lakes Mall.

“I want all genders, all races, all shapes and sizes. Any interests, I want everybody as a member.

Now opening their 6th location across Mississippi, Fitness Depot caters, to all levels of fitness.

“Whether you just want to come in and work out for just 15 minutes, whether you want to do nothing but cardio. Whether you want to work out in the dungeon, or you want to come over here in the functional training cross fit area. Or you want to just, regular do fitness training. We have something for everyone and plenty of it,” says Kirkley.

Fitness depot offers an array of amenities including child care, vitamin supplements and a bar offering smoothies and coffee.

“Also in the section here, we are in the functional training area. We have one of the largest racks, of any cross fit gym in the south. 100 ft of turf of sleds, just outside of us here we have the walking track. Nine laps is a mile. And then also we have tons of cardio. Almost 75 pieces.”

Fitness Depot plans to accommodate all of your fitness needs.

“And our name says it all. We are fitness depot. When I created it in 2010, I wanted a name that can go anywhere and have all levels of fitness and be the name that was the center for that.”
