This Saturday it’s the annual toy ride at Chunky River Harley Davidson.
“They have been doing this for probably 20 years or more now so, it’s an opportunity to bring some toys and help make Christmas a little better for some of the kids in the area," say's owner Hal Cooper.
Riders will arrive from across the area to drop off toys for those in need. And afterwards they will stick around for beverages and fellowship, at Chunky River Harley Davidson.
“We are gonna have registration here, and it’s a free ride. All you have to do is bring a new unwrapped toy, so the kids can have a good Christmas again. We will take a short ride and then have a little bit of an after party.”
And it’s not just motorcyclists that are encouraged to drop off gifts.
“We invite all bikes, cars. If you are not a bike rider come on down and help us celebrate the event.”
And if you want to be involved in the HOGS toy run.
“Well they just have to show up. Like I said, if you cannot ride or don’t ride and you can’t make Saturday, stop by anytime and just drop a toy off.”
