Omega Psi Phi Local Essay Winner

The brothers of omega psi phi fraternity presented a scholarship, to a local high school student.

Members of the organization gathered at Weidman’s restaurant, and awarded the essay winner, with an academic scholarship to help with college tuition.

“Tonight’s event is kind of a double hitter,” says chapter president John Carey. “We have our founder’s dinner. Which are for the founders of Omega Psi Phi incorporated, along with the presentation for our essay reader who will be rewarded when she goes to college with a scholarship.”
