NWS issues hard freeze warning for Meridian area

The National Weather Service issues a hard freeze warning for the FOX30/NBC30/CBS24 viewing area until Thursday at noon.

Temperatures are forecasted to remain below freezing until Thursday morning. Tonight's lows will range from 10° to 15°.

The NWS says prolonged exposure to these cold temperatures could lead to hypothermia may harm pets and livestock. Exposed plumbing is also in danger of being damaged.
