Armed Robbery in Clarke County

Clarke County deputies took a man into custody Tuesday after an armed robbery incident.

It happened near Shubuta, when a man was robbed just outside his home on County Road 612. Chief Deputy Barry White says two individuals dressed in black jumped, pistol-whipped and robbed the man. Shortly after the incident, investigators apprehended one suspect and are looking for the other MAN involved. CHARGES HAVE NOT YET BEEN FILED AND THE VICTIM IS CURRENTLY RECOVERING FROM HIS INJURES.
