Car Crash Injures 10

A car accident that happened on Sunday sent multiple people to the hospital with injuries.

The two vehicle crash on Interstate 20 happened just before 4:00 p.m. near Lost Gap. At least10 people were injured during the accident with multiple ejections from when the two vehicles collided. Among those in the wreck eight were children and two were adults. Two people were airlifted to University Medical Center in Jackson and a four-month-old and one-year-old were also among the injured. The cause of the accident is being investigated.
