Ace Hardware to open in Meridian

David Majure's family has been located in Meridian for 50 years. They made a mark by running a string of Fred's stores in the city; but says the family was ready for a new business venture.

That new business will come in the form of a new Ace Hardware store in the North Hills area of Meridian in the Broadmoore shopping center. With him is his business partner Jimmy Palmer and store manager Shane Haygood.

Haygood says he is glad to be back in the business of helping customers one-on-one with all their various home projetcs.

The store is slated to open this Thursday.
