MCC enrollment for fall classes

Well, there's good news for those wanting to enroll in fall classes at Meridian Community College before they start next week. MCC is still accepting enrollment until and on the day classes start, which is next Monday the 13th. The offices are open from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday from 8am to 3:30pm. MCC’s director of recruiting and campus life says faculty will stay an hour or two later on these days in order to get those who wish to register through the process. Their online classes being Monday the 20th, and the enrollment deadline is a little further away being on the day the online classes begin.

"It's important to get registered for these classes because you never know when one might fill up. You don't want to get behind because you didn't get here to register fast enough or you didn't get the class you need. Classes are limited, and seating is limited in some classes. So, we really just try to encourage people to get on in and get registered before the class begins so you can get all the classes you want or all the classes you need,” says Patrick Lovette who is MCC’s director of recruiting and campus life.

Lovette says MCC currently has around 3,000 students enrolled for the fall semester and that they anticipate to have a few hundred more before classes start.
