MCC hosts series of informational sessions for student success
Meridian Community College's retention specialists are hosting a series of events to inform students about ways they can be set up for success. Earlier today in the library, "Untangling the Web" took place, which showcased how students can access all their technology needs on campus such as student emails, electronic textbooks, and the college's learning management system. This event was catered toward technology because it is becoming such an important part of college life.

"You know, educational technology is not doing anything but growing. So, if we can continue to prepare these students for success, they're going to continue to encounter and interact with technology at their future jobs or in graduate school and in their successful careers once they leave Meridian. So, its important for us to really encourage them and equip them with the knowledge that they need." -Marie Roberts, Dir., E-Learning at MCC
There will be around six other related events throughout the course of the fall semester.
