Local organization collecting funds for those affected by Florence

One local organization is doing their part in helping the victims of Hurricane Florence. The Community Foundation of East Mississippi has activated a disaster relief fund for those victims in North and South Carolina. The funds collected here locally will be sent to community foundations in the area to help with the recovery effort. Gifts are also being accepted and can be brought to the CFEM office on north park drive. All checks should be made to the CFEM and are tax deductible.
