In Honor of Veterans Day, The Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Experience (MAEX) personnel are showing their appreciation by offering free admission to Veterans over the weekend.

“It’s really a thank you for your service, I mean we want to acknowledge the efforts that our veterans have given to this country and to our state, and we felt like the free admission to veterans and including the active duty members, military as well; as well as first responders is a great way to say thank you for your service.”

Marketing Director Jerome Trahan says there is an eye-opener for any veteran that have yet come to the MAEX.

“This is an opportunity to come out and see what all we have to offer from the Hall of Fame to the exhibits upstairs and these beautiful public spaces, also to show our appreciation for the men and women in the military.”

“If you haven't experienced The MAEX, this is a great opportunity our exhibits are immersive, state of the art and it’s something that is going to take you about three hours to go through, but when you come out you will of experienced a sense of pride and find out the Mississippians who have had an impact on the culture, music, media, it is an amazing thing.”
