MPD and MFD honored with free admission to 50th Annual Trees of Christmas at Merrehope

With it being fifty years since the founding of The Meridian Restorations foundation in 1968, Merrehope and F.W. Williams historic homes have been tended to in great detail by the Meridian Fire Department and the Meridian Police Department.

Because of this, the foundation is honoring these two departments by giving them and their immediate families free tickets to the tour of the 50th Annual Trees of Christmas at Merrehope.

The foundation’s president, Betty Lou Jones, says without their support their mission of restoration with historic projects throughout the city would not be accomplished.

The Trees of Christmas is open through December 29th on Monday through Saturday from 9am until 5pm.
