Wendy's on 22nd Avenue in Meridian reopens after renovations

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held this morning to celebrate the newly renovated Wendy's restaurant on 22nd Avenue.

The restaurant originally opened its doors in 1999, and was temporarily shut down in January to remodel.

City officials, business leaders, and even the fire department were in attendance at today's ceremony.

We're told that the Wendy's located on North Hills Street is also expected to have renovations done later this year.
