This past weekend, many ran over to Bonita lakes for the Nineteenth Annual Run For Hope.
The money raised Saturday will benefit the kids at "Hope Village For Children."
“I’m super excited about the turnout today, we had two hundred and fifty runners and people came from numerous locations to support our 19th annual Run for Hope, we raised forty thousand dollars”, said Kim Monsour, Founder and Director of Run For Hope.
“We can always count on our community to come together for the Run for Hope. Its’s a beautiful day, it just doesn’t get any better than this”, said Rhonda Poole, Hope Village Guild Member.
“It is a fantastic event supporting a great, great cause. We’ve been out here at least ten years supporting this event and it is always a huge event in Meridian and it’s a wonderful thing for the city and this community”, said Eric Pearson, run participant and business sponsor.
Run For Hope Is Hosted By The Hope Village Guild.
