Home Instead Senior Care Treats Healthcare Workers To Snow Cones
Today in Meridian, Home Instead Senior Care hosted a Healthcare Appreciation Day, thanking healthcare workers for their efforts during the pandemic.
From 11am-1pm at the Home Instead Senior Care Office, Health Care Workers were able to drop by and receive a free snow cone from Snow Sweeties. In order to receive a snow cone, health care workers only had to show their badge. There were also members of the Dusty Social Service Club volunteering at the event, helping to show their appreciation for health care workers.
“They are just working tirelessly around the clock. So, we just want to show them how much we here at Home Instead appreciate everything they do day in and day out to take care of all of us”, said Julia Webb, Program Coordinator.
“I appreciate it, that somebody appreciates us, that we’re doing something for other peoples and stuff like that –that’s going a long way, that’s just a two- way street, you know, helping somebody, and somebody is helping you”, Jeanette Twilley, CNA.
Home Instead Senior Care in Meridian has relocated their office from Great River Drive to 4525 Poplar Springs Drive.
