1. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter. Log on to www.Twinstates.news and fill out the registration entry form with your full name, address, zip code, and daytime phone number. Each person may enter once per day March 20th 2023-May 2nd 2023 at 12:00 noon. Incomplete, illegible, or mutilated entries are invalid. All entries must be received by May 2nd, 2023 (12:00noon) to be eligible to win this contest. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. No entries sent by facsimile. WGBC is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, or printing errors. Entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: From among all of the eligible entries received, WGBC/WMDN or its designee will randomly draw Prize Winners nightly (M-F )April 24-May 5th 2023 and announce during the Twin States News at 6pm & 10pm on WMDN, WGBC and 9pm on FOX. Once the recipient’s name is announced During the News the Contestant will have until 4pm the following business day to Contact the Station and claim their prize. If WGBC/WMDN is not contacted by the winner, or if winner fails to comply with any of the eligibility requirements, an alternate contestant name will be drawn from remaining entries.
3. PRIZES: There are a total (10 or more) prize packages Other expenses not specified are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. Decisions of Sponsors will be final and binding. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize Package cannot be redeemed for cash. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising, and promotion in connection with the sweepstakes. Entrant understands that no compensation will be given for such use (where legal). Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or agreement that any videotape or likeness of the winner will be broadcast or otherwise used in any manner. Winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires. Winner must be at least 21 years of age or older. Void if prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded hereunder.
5. RULES: For a complete set of rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “Contest Rules”, WGBC 1151 Crestview Circle, Meridian, MS 39301 until a period of one month after the contest ends. Only (1) one winner per household during any contest.
6. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to U.S. residents who are at least 21 years of age, except the employees of WMDN, WGBC and their parent companies, contest sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising agencies, agents, fulfillment companies, printers, distributors and mailers and their immediate families (including spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses), or members of the same household of each.
7. WHO WON: For a list of winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “WMDN Contest Winners”, P. O. Box 2424, Meridian, MS 39302 within six months of contest end.
